HSE Policy


We are committed to protect the health and safety of our employees, our environment and community at all times. We firmly believe that prevention of accidents is essential to the efficient operation of our business.


To meet this commitment we implement management systems in our operations that accord with the requirements of our health, safety and environmental standards and strive to:


  • Protect employees who are our most valuable asset .

  • Provide health, safety & environment training to our employees and actively promote awareness of  health, safety and environmental issues.

  • Respect the interests of neighbours and surroundings.

  • Manage HS & E matters as any other critical business activity.

  • Minimize HS & E incidents & accidents & record all such events.

   HSE Practices

  • OFI follows international practices of HSE standards.  OFI Personnel have experience of HSE standards which are comparable to the best in the world whilst working with companies like Shell , Cairn, British Gas and many more.

  • All our personnel are given Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and training like Sea At Survival, First Aid, Fire Fighting  and HUET.  All personnel undergo a detailed medical check up while joining followed by periodic check ups.

  • We have constant in-house, HSE training, refreshment training etc. and as per the projects / client, advance HSE training are given.
